At dusk in the warm autumn air, Aeris shimmers in the golden light of the sunset while she gives charge to Nocternus, the Tiger-Griff guardian of the night sky. Aeris must be in good spirits to bless us with this magnificently beautiful sunset.

I designed this image with the idea of using the amazing visual cues of the sunset and very fanciful creatures. Painted with an anime look and feeling, it is heavy with emotion, primarily that of genuine affection.
